I can officially say Happy Fall! While I love summer, the fall season is definitely one of my favourites – pumpkin, brussels sprouts, apples, warm comforting meals…endless amounts of happiness, basically.What I don’t love? Spending an hour cutting, chopping, stirring, cooking. That’s why I wanted to create this roundup ofmouthwateringfall vegan dishes that you can prep in only 15 minutes, that’s it. Basically throw together, stir and let the stove top or oven do all the magic for you. While these meals aren’t 15 minutes in total, that’s all the work you’ll be doing for a meal that tastes like 1 hour of constant work. Win, win. Enjoy!
