How do I log into PowerSchool on my website? ›

Type the PowerSchool URL into the address bar of your browser and press “Enter.” Click on “Student Access.” The Username and Password fields will display on-screen. Enter your PowerSchool login credentials, then click “Submit.” In most cases, the Username will be your Student ID number.

PowerSchool provides powerful tools to search the database of students at your school. On the start page, use the box labeled "Search Students" to find students by surname. For example, enter MA to find all students whose last names begin with MA.

Your student's Access ID and password is generated and administered by your school district to protect your student's information. If you have not received an Access ID and password, we would suggest contacting your school district directly to receive them.

Press the specific class tile that you'd like to view assignments for. Scroll down to the list of assignments for that class. Press the assignment to expand the view to include the assignment-specific teacher comment (if entered) and the assignment description (if entered).

“Students” is the default tab. On the Students tab, search for an individual student or groups of students. You have several ways to search for students in PowerSchool. Search for students by last name, a portion of the last name, or by the student number.

Moving forward if you try to create a new parent account you should receive the verification email. Once you sign in to the web portal, you should be able to see the Account Preferences on the left menu. Click on it. Under Account Preferences, click on the Students tab. Now click on the Add + button and enter the Access ID and password for your student provided by your school or district.

Access ID means access identification which refers to the combination of user ID and password for the use of the Internet Banking and Mobile Banking.

On the start page, click Grades History from the navigation menu. Click View Counselors to see which counselors are assigned to this student. To view grade history information for a past term, click the term tab you want to view. If viewing the current year, click a grade in the % column.
