It’s morning. You’re tired. You have to get moving. The answer? Caffeine.

But don’t waste calories on some expensive, schmancy, bad-for-you coffee frappa-zizzle-zazzle. Get your caffeine fix with this delicious, healthy treat instead …

Dr. Gundry’s Favorite Cappuccino

Not only does this coffee concoction taste amazing, it can offer you a significant energy boost.
Now you might be thinking, “Sure, every cappuccino has caffeine …” But, you can maximize your energy blast when you add MCT oil to your morning joe.

What is MCT oil?

Well for starters, it’s probably the most quickly absorbed nutritive oil around. You see, due to MCT’s metabolism characteristics, it has been used therapeutically for almost 70 years. A big part of that is how the fatty acids are transported right to your liver.1

Turns out, medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) have also become really popular with the advancement of nutritional ketosis. That’s because the medium-chain saturated fatty acids kick-start fat burning, instead of being stored as fat.2 Ketosis occurs when you switch out your net carbs (your total carbs without fiber) for larger portions of healthy fats and good servings of protein.

Now, some sources say MCT oil and coconut oil are essentially the same things. But actually, unlike MCT, coconut oil is not completely absorbable – it contains good fats that need to be digested before you can absorb its beneficial fatty acids.

Of course, virgin coconut oil isn’t bad in a pinch. But since MCT oil happens to be more concentrated, it’s also just a little better when it comes to3,4

  • Helping with weight loss
  • Boosting brain function

  • Supporting higher energy levels

Also, this coffee beverage can really fill you up. So, you’ll have energy and you won’t be hungry – which means you can focus on being productive.

So, are you ready to make your get-up-and-go cappuccino?
