Got a gel manicure, price was $27 so you’d expect it to be atleast ok. They rushed, she got polish all over my cuticles and skin next to my nails which means the polish will lift. My polish chipped THAT DAY!!!! They attempted to use dirty tools on my self and another customer and got annoyed when I asked if they could get a clean pack. They said some rude things about myself and other customers because surprise we speak the same language ladies!!! I wouldn’t go back. Honestly prices keeps going up and the work gets worse, your better off doing your own nails. It’s sad how they rush and workmanship is so poor. Don’t waste your money. Overall dirty.

Sunday is the only day of the week that I can get my nails done due to my working schedule and 18-month-old child. I would like to consistently go to the same place but I have yet to find a place that I really like that is open on a Sunday. I asked for a gel fill when I walked in the door And she was able to take me right away. The lady who did my nails seemed to be the boss but not completely sure. Kind of hard to explain her behavior but it seems that customers just annoy her. Personally when I go to a nail salon I’m just looking for someone to do my nails the right way and not charge me an arm and a leg. Right before she put on the two different colors that I chose that were not specialty colors that had any kind of charge associated with them & I asked if I could pay and she knew what I wanted knew what colors I was using and she said $50. It was nothing special very simple and she also had to fix a nail that lifted so I was expecting to pay $2-5 for the fix. This shouldn’t have cost more than $40-43 on the high side. Reading through some of the other reviews I could understand why so many people were annoyed with pricing and quality and with rudeness. I’m just sharing my experience and I’m not angry while posting this; but after seeing that I paid her the $50 plus a $10 tip before she even started painting my nails… her tune changed. Towards the end I had asked what the cost of the fill was. She told me the Fill was $40 and I said what was $10 and she said for Fixing the one nail and for having to buzz off more of the nail on my thumb because it was starting to lift also but this one was not as bad at all and literally all she did was use the tool to shave down that part it’s not like she put a new nail on. That really bothered me that she didn’t have a good explanation for why I was being charged $50. The reason I know that she is wrong for charging me $50 is because she asked me if I wanted a design. And we all know that designs cost extra and she was willing to do this for free and I told her no. So I’m not here to be a hater but It seems to me like these people will lose more business than gain if they don’t decide on a set price for everything and don’t try to overcharge customers. I had the same exact thing done across the street three weeks ago except I use different colors and it was a specialty color and I only paid $38. So what’s wrong with this picture? I have no problem paying for the work but if you can’t even justify what you did and why it cost that much then you can keep my money and I will never return based on principle. I’m sure they could be a thriving business if they were a little bit kinder and a little bit more patient and if they actually listen to the customers and didn’t overcharge them for things they didn’t ask for. As you can see from the pictures; this is not a $50 service.

I asked for a French manicure with a very thin white line, I showed her a photo & she said she could do it. Instead what I got was the exact opposite. She asked how I like it, I said it wasn’t what I asked for (nor what I showed her in the photo) & she began to tell me why she didn’t give me what I ask for. I paid $65 + tip for something I didn’t want. Moral of the story: make an appointment at your usual nail spot & don’t stray, not everyone knows how to do nails.

When i went there it was new years and the only place open. Lady was super sweet but very aggressive when it came to my nails. She gave me tips and they looked lopped sided and i wasn’t a fan. My friend came with me and the man made her nails a mess. Very nice people i have to say just not great at doing the job. When i got my toes done they looked good just felt as though they were rushing to finish. No hate just honest feedback

Critical:CleanlinessI intended to get a manicure but walked out after telling the employee who was sitting back looking at his phone that I was shocked by how filthy the place was. He looked at the plexiglass that had dust and dribbles, dribbles! on it and took out a spray bottle to spray. I’m surprised the DOH lets places like this operate! Stopped in yesterday for manicure, no polish, basically trim cuticle. Saw sign for 10 min massage. Same employee for both. Very aggressive on massage. Figured I may be wimpy. Had last quick massage years ago. Broken purple capillaries on upper back and couldn’t sleep with pain. Seeing urgent care facility tmrw
