How does T-Mobile Tuesdays work? Only T-Mobile customers on qualifying plans are eligible to receive great deals and free stuff every Tuesday in the T Life app. But non-customers can enter for a chance to win prizes through our sweepstakes. During a sweepstakes entry period, which typically beginning Tuesday at 5 a.m.

T-Mobile Tuesdays gives you exclusive perks and the chance to enter to win prizes. Every week, you can get free stuff and great deals from brands you love – just for being a T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile customer. Qualifying plan required.

Who's eligible. Any T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile customer on a qualifying branded monthly rate plan can participate.
